TTI Brings You Eaton's SuperCaps Modules for Reliable Power

    03/26/2020

TTI, Inc., has stock for immediate shipment of multiple values of the Eaton Supercap Modules. All products feature low ESR for high power density with environmentally friendly materials for a green power solution. Eaton supercapacitors are maintenance-free with design lifetimes up to 20 years and operating temperatures down to -40 °C and up to +85 °C. Eaton modules are scalable to meet your needs with cabinets offering up to 570V and 300kW Max power.

Reliable power quality has long been a core component for backup power. Batteries, specifically lead acid chemistries, have often been a first choice due to their over 100-year history.  However, new advances in supercapacitor technologies now provide a viable and cost-effective alternative for certain backup power applications. Eaton offers a robust lineup of supercapacitor modules ideal for integration into power quality equipment, such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and similar ride-through equipment. Supercapacitors store charges electrostatically, offering ultra-fast response times, high efficiency, and inherent reliability all of which are key characteristics in backup power applications. The maintenance-free nature of supercapacitors along with long lifetimes offer low energy storage total cost of ownership.
