TTI, Inc. Receives Distinguished DOY Award from Vishay

    05/16/2012

TTI, Inc. has announced the company has garnered the Distributor of the Year award from Vishay Intertechnology. The award presentation took place at the Electronics Distribution Show and Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Greg Mefford, Senior Vice President Global Distribution, said, "Vishay is pleased to announce that this year's Distributor of the Year Award goes to TTI. Criteria for the award are based on component sales performance year-over-year and the commitment to inventory. From a sales performance perspective, in what was a challenging year, TTI was the only global partner with positive growth results year-over-year. It is only fitting that the year Vishay celebrates its 50th year in business, it is also the same year that our most loyal distributor, TTI, is recognized as distributor of the year." Michael Knight, Senior Vice President TTI Americas commented, "TTI is honored to receive this acknowledgement from Vishay. Being recognized during this milestone anniversary is extremely gratifying and confirms the strength and 40-year partnership established between the two companies." www.ttiinc.com
