Infineon's brand-new fully programmable 3-phase gate driver has been designed to increase power density and efficiency of high-performance battery-operated motor products.
The device provides maximum flexibility. With an operating voltage from 5.5 V to 60 V and configurable gate drive sink and source current up to 1.5 A, it can be used to drive a wide range of MOSFETs.
