PSDtv - ROHM talks about their latest SiC devices
In this episode of PSDtv, ROHM talks to Power Systems Design about their latest Silicon Carbide (SiC) electronics and the significantly higher power densities such products can achieve. The demonstration shows two power systems with equal specifications, one using older silicon technology, and a smaller, lighter version using SiC technology.
