Their Aviation Power Core Module (PCM) is an intelligent modular unit with a Hybrid Power Drive module and PCM controller board. The power stage of the PCM comprises a three-phase inverter bridge circuit embedded with SiC MOSFETs and SiC Schottky Barrier Diodes.
