    Eric Persson elected Chairman of PSMA board for 2016-2018 term

    The Power Sources Manufacturers Association (PSMA) is pleased to announce that a new slate of officers has been elected to lead its board of directors for the 2016-2018 term. The new officers are Chairman Eric Persson (Infineon), President Stephen Oliver (Navitas Semiconductor), Vice President Michael Hayes (Tyndal National Laboratories), and Secretary/Treasurer Michel Grenon, (Gaia Converter).

    “Power conversion has emerged as an enabling technology in the electronics industry,” said Ernie Parker, PSMA’s new chairman. “Our Association’s critical work in producing its Technology Roadmap—plus the influential work being carried out by PSMA committees, including Packaging, Alternative Energy, Energy Harvesting, and many others—relies on the active participation of our members. We welcome and encourage all companies in our industry to become part of the organization.”

    The twelve members of the board are elected by the member company representatives to serve three-year terms, with four members rotating off each year. In addition to the new officers, the following members round out PSMA’s board of directors for 2016-17:
