Funding available for SiC and GaN product development
PowerAmerica has an annual “call for projects” in which proposals are solicited according to specific applications and technology parameters defined by our technology road maps. The 2016 Call for Projects was released on September 8th, 2016. The concept paper submission is due Friday, October 7th, 2016. PowerAmerica will respond to concept papers with a notification to encourage/discourage submissions of full applications. Full applications are due by Friday, November 11th, 2016.
