    Jensen Transformers launches new website

    02/20/2015

Jensen Transformers announced the launch of the company's new website. According to Dave Hill, General Manager: "The new website has been a long time in coming and represents a phenomenal resource for our customers. Jensen Transformers has a profile on the world stage and our new website will greatly support our brand in the future."

The site features responsive design, compatible with newer web browsers, adapting to various screen sizes. Hill explains: "About 25 percent of our web traffic is from mobile phone users. It was important for us to ensure the user interface served those clients well. For instance, it allows the system tech to go onto the site to get solutions using his or her mobile device."

Legacy content including white papers and data sheets from the former site have been preserved and remains accessible through the new 'Jensen Insider' portal. Updated schematics and application notes form part of this new program and registered users will be notified of new and exclusive content.

The story of Jensen is represented in a retrospective timeline and an extensive pictorial of the manufacturing process brings customers as close to the process as possible. A new interactive feature allows for customers to request products or information, improving customer relations and service. Hill explains: "Requests for our ISO-MAX products will be re-directed to the ISO-MAX dealer in closest proximity to the client. Where we are the OEM for clients seeking transformers, our local team will receive and manage the request."

Hill continues: "Even though we've just launched, we are hearing immediate positive feedback on the user experience. The sheer amount of information sharing on the site is impressive and we feel the challenge of ensuring everything is easy to navigate was accomplished."

Jensen transformers are used in products spanning several markets including: pro audio, video, home theater and audiophile/hifi.
