For the year ended 31 December 2011 Summit's revenues were $17.2 million. Revenues increased over the previous year by 13%. The acquisition expands Laird Technologies' presence in the wireless machine-to-machine ("M2M") market. Summit's technologies are aligned with Laird's strategic focus on systems and services built around solutions which combine hardware and software.
