Microsemi's John Hohener receives Orange County Business Journal's CFO of the Year Award

Microsemi, a leading provider of semiconductor solutions differentiated by power, security, reliability and performance, announced that John Hohener, its executive vice president and chief financial officer, was named CFO of the Year in the Public Company category at the 7th Annual Orange County Business Journal's CFO of the Year Awards event. Hohener was recognized for his outstanding accomplishments at Microsemi and his performance as a corporate steward for fiscal year 2012. In addition, he was praised for his contributions to the Orange County community, as well as his dedication to supporting the financial profession. Hohener joined Microsemi in 2006. He has deep experience in senior financial management for companies ranging in size from small startups to large international, with an operational focus in high technology manufacturing. The CFO of the Year Awards are presented annually to Orange County, Calif. financial professionals for exceptional performance during the preceding fiscal year.
