In this podcast Friend of the Show Tom Grace of Eaton talks to Alix Paultre of Power Systems Design about the dangers of electronic counterfeiting. Beyond being a serious fraud issue, counterfeit parts directly impact the performance and reliability of a product, especially in the demanding and life-critical areas of medical and mil/aero. Eaton recently joined with the Electrical Safety Foundation International (ESFI) to expand the dialogue about counterfeit electrical products and build understanding and awareness of the danger and economic risks posed.
