PCIM Asia issues 2013 Call for Papers

Power-electronics, intelligent-motion, renewable-energy, and energy-management exhibition and conference set for Shanghai, 18—20 June, 2013

Experts from industry and academia are kindly invited to present their latest developments and expectations for future trends at the PCIM Asia 2013 conference (see links below). PCIM Asia is an independent, clearly defined event with full integration and a constant exchange between its conference and exhibition. Conference delegates, exhibitors, and visitors meet at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. PCIM Asia 2013 will grand four awards for outstanding conference papers:

  • Young Engineer Award: For the best paper by an engineer not older than 35 years
  • Best Paper Award: For the best paper of the conference
  • Best Paper Award on Renewable Energy: For the best paper in the field of renewable energy
  • Best Paper Award for University: For the best paper by an author from an Asian university

Oral Presentations: will be held within conference sessions addressing key elements of the same topic. Poster Presentations: authors will have the opportunity to present their posters during the conference. Conference Language English or Chinese Online Submission

  • Abstracts should be submitted as a PDF file, minimum 2 pages.
  • Deadline for submission is 30 November 2012.
Conditions of Acceptance Authors are expected to secure following registration fees:
  • Speakers from Industry 190 Euro / 1.200 RMB (Chinese).
  • University Staff 60 Euro/ 500 RMB.
  • Students from Chinese Universities may register for free.
The industry and university speaker's fee includes free participation on all three conference days, lunch, the conference proceedings on CD-ROM, and free admission to the exhibition. Selection Process All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and the Technical Committee to ensure a high-quality conference. Submitted abstracts may be selected for oral or poster presentation. Notification about the acceptance is in February 2013. Benefits for Speakers
