Same Sky Expands Slide Switches Line with New Switch Functions and Circuits
Same Sky’s Switches Group announced the expansion of its slide switches product line with the introduction of over 60 new models. The SLW family features a range of new circuit types, including SPDT, SP3T, SP4T, DPDT, DP3T, and DP4T as well as switch functions that include on-on, on-on-on, on-off-on, and off-on-on-on. Housed in packages as small as 8.3 x 5.6 x 3.6 mm, these new slide switches are ideal for space-constrained designs in consumer electronics, industrial controls, and more.
Available in through hole packages with PC pin terminations, the new models offer pitches from 2 to 6.9 mm, raised actuators, and horizontal or vertical orientations. These slides switches carry rated voltages of 30 or 50 Vdc, rated currents from 200 to 500 mA, and operating temperature ranges from -20 to 70°C. They also feature shorting or non-shorting contact timing.
