Symmetry Electronics Moves Warehouse to Accommodate Expanded Inventory

Hawthorne, CA – Symmetry Electronics has moved its inventory warehouse from Los Angeles, CA to Fort Worth, TX. to consolidate distribution operations with the TTI family of companies. The move allows Symmetry to better accommodate customers with expanded inventory and improved warehouse capacity.

Symmetry is excited to share TTI’s enhanced warehouse capabilities and cutting-edge distribution to better meet the needs of its customers. Those purchasing electronic components from Symmetry can expect shorter lead times and increased ready-to-ship inventory. The headquarters of Symmetry Electronics will remain in Hawthorne, CA.

The warehouse move came in the wake of Symmetry’s recent acquisition, in July 2017, by electronics distributor TTI, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company. By providing Symmetry with expanded inventory capabilities to meet customer demand, TTI is fulfilling its commitment in supporting the TTI family of companies towards future growth and development.

In November 2017, TTI completed construction on their new Andrews Distribution Center, a 641,226 sq. feet distribution facility at Mercantile Center in Fort Worth. The distribution center expands the company’s cumulative warehouse capacity to more than two million square feet globally and provides advanced distribution and greater utility infrastructure to the TTI family of companies.
