TTI, Inc. an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Sager Electronics, a privately held electronic component distributor headquartered in Middleborough, Massachusetts. Sager Electronics will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TTI.
