Upgrades Make Compact Controller 100 More Versatile

    10/20/2025

WAGO has enhanced their Compact Controller 100, making it ideal for complex automation tasks where adaptability and precision are key. The new 751-9402 Controller features 8 digital inputs and 8 configurable digital channels that can function as either inputs or outputs. They are compliant with IEEE 2030.5, IEEE 1547, and SunSpec Modbus 700, allowing for dynamic I/O allocation based on application needs.

Along with the digital inputs, this controller also includes two configurable analog inputs as well as two more additional analog channels that can be configured as either inputs or outputs, all supporting current or voltage. It also features dual galvanically isolated RS-485 ports for seamless integration with energy meters and field devices using Modbus RTU. Programming is done via free CODESYS 3.5 software, supporting IEC 61131-3 languages and HTML5 visualizations through its built-in web server. The 751-9402 Compact Controller 100 is suited for distributed energy and microgrid systems, offering precision control and flexible deployment.
