Just recently, a 345,000 square-foot property in Phoenix, Arizona won the BOMA Green Building Committee Kilowatt Krackdown award after achieving the highest Energy Star score of 98 in the competition. The building's owners did so by upgrading their old-style pneumatic thermostats with CypressEnviro Systems' Wireless Pneumatic Thermostats and with the company's SMARTPneumatics software.
